Perhaps nobody knows more about what the British Bulldog has meant to pro wrestling than his son Harry Smith. It's a big reason why he has carried on the Davey Boy Smith name in Major League Wrestling. These days of COVID-19 and staying at home more gives the star extra time to reflect on his late dad's legendary career and the motivation behind keeping such an important legacy alive.
We will be joining Hooked On Wrestling On Sunday 23rd August to celebrate the biggest night of wrestling in the UK EVER when (my dad) The British Bulldog won the Intercontinental Title in front of 80,000 fans at Wembley.
“HOW are hosting an online watch-along of WWE SummerSlam 2020 that night but will be broadcasting LIVE for four hours in the run up to the event including live Q&As and interviews with Davey Boy's family to give unique insight into the match and the moment. There will also be other special guests on the night including the promoter of SummerSlam 1992, Martin Goldsmith, sharing for the first time the secrets about bringing the event to England.”
There will also be the usual Hooked On 'Wrestling Pub Quiz' and the chance to win prizes all night long.
