After his back injury, he did 20/30 mins on recumbent bike

He would also participate in Jazzercise with his wife Diana, her mom Helen, and her sister Georgia

When Davey got really lean when he came back to WWE in 1999, he was doing higher reps like 15/12/10/8 and 4 sets per exercise
